As a company, do I have to pay VAT on my order?

Companies within Belgium:
NeonWorld is located in Belgium. This means that all companies within Belgium pay VAT on their order (this VAT can be fully deducted).

Companies outside Belgium :
NeonWorld is located in Belgium. This means that all companies outside Belgium do not pay VAT on their order (VAT reverse charge mechanism). This will be stated on your invoice.

When will I receive the invoice?

After receiving your payment, an invoice will be generated automatically. This invoice will be sent to the specified email address within 24 hours.

What is the delivery time after placing my order?

After placing your order, the following steps are taken:

  • Production started : lead time 2-3 days.
  • Quality test: 1 day
  • Shipping: 4-7 days

For rush orders we can reduce the lead time to 1 day.

Do you also take care of the placement of my order?

At the moment we only take care of the production of our LED neon signs. Nevertheless, we supply the necessary materials to easily and directly attach the sign in a plug-and-play manner!
