After placing your order, the following steps are taken:

Can I cancel or return my order?

Our products are all handcrafted and unique. Once a purchase is placed, it is considered final. In the rare event that the ordered LED neon creation is found to be defective, we will send a replacement free of charge (within the warranty period).

If there's an issue with my order, what should I do?

If your order is defective or delivered incorrectly, we will ensure that you receive a new replacement at no cost. All our orders are delivered through FedEx and are fully insured and traceable.
