DELIVERY TIME

How long does delivery take?
The lead time is 7-9 business days* (including production and delivery). Our service is fully traceable and requires a signature upon receipt. After your Neonworld item is shipped, our team will provide you with a tracking number, enabling you to monitor the progress of your order. Please note: Delivery times do not account for potential customs delays. During busy seasons such as holidays, Christmas, or Black Friday, delays may occur. Therefore, Neonworld cannot guarantee delivery dates.

SHIPPING COSTS
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free premium shipping to our customers. It's possible that your Neonworld lighting may be shipped in multiple parts to save on shipping costs. Once at home, you can easily assemble the parts into a single unit.

CREATION SPLITTING
To minimize transportation costs and provide competitive prices, we might ship your neon creation in various components. After receiving the items, you can effortlessly arrange the neon creations on the wall to form a complete piece. This is discussed with the customer in advance.

TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES
All prices include VAT. For business customers outside Belgium, a 0% rate applies (VAT reverse charge mechanism).
