We only accept returns/refunds for defective items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind, as all our products are handmade and unique. Purchases are considered final once placed on www.neonworld.be.

In the very unlikely event that your Neonworld item arrives defective, you have 7 days from the day of delivery to notify us at hello@neonworld.be. We will then send a replacement item free of charge.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once we begin creating your Neonworld creation, cancellation is no longer possible.

IMPORTANT: As our neon-crafted signs are handmade, there may be a slight variation between the final neon sign and the provided example.
